Responsibilities include posting ads, negotiating offers, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with managers. A hybrid work arrangement is offered with IT and HR support to ensure compliant, high-quality hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or high school diploma with HR recruiting experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or fast-paced admin environments.
• Comfort with digital platforms and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate applicants by discussing requirements with managers.
• Post and maintain job ads on internal and external boards.
• Interview applicants and compare to job requirements.
• Negotiate offers and initiate onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and keep communications clear.
• Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and career fairs.
• Report recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
• Attend career fairs and manage contractor/agency relationships.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
