Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support our HR team by attracting top talent and executing full-cycle recruitment. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers on current and future staffing needs, while delivering high-quality service to candidates and internal stakeholders.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal ATS, while ensuring branding and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in Business Admin, HR, Psychology, or related field, or high school diploma with HR experience.
• 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting or fast-paced admin experience.
• Experience in corporate environment and using digital sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements with managers.
• Post and maintain job ads on internal and external boards, ensuring branding and legal compliance.
• Determine qualifications by interviewing applicants and comparing to job requirements.
• Negotiate offers and initiate onboarding.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and ensure clear communication throughout the process.
• Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and career fairs.
• Regularly report recruiting metrics (Time to Hire, Time to Approve, etc.).
• Attend career fairs to build pipeline and strengthen employer brand.
• Liaise with contractor/agency firms to manage contracts and relationships.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in recruitment.

Job description

As the Recruitment Specialist you will support the Company’s people & culture strategy by attracting top talent to achieve staffing objectives. You will provide full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing and evaluating candidates, assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers on immediate and projected needs and provide high-quality customer service for new & prospective employees. As the Recruitment Specialist on our Corporate HR Team, you'll directly impact Edwards' growth and sustainability by attracting and hiring top talent. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

You will:

• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
• Posts & maintains job ads on internal & external job boards; ensuring compliance with internal branding and legal requirements.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing their responses, and comparing their qualifications to job requirements.
• Negotiate offer terms with the candidates and initiate the onboarding process.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers. Ensure good communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Utilizing multiple sources to find top talent to fill positions (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, External Job Boards, Internal ATS, Career Fairs).
• Regularly report on recruiting metrics (e.g. Time to Approve, Time To Hire, etc.)
• Attend career fairs to build future pipeline and strengthen our employer brand.
• Liaise with preferred contractor/agency firms regularly; Provide timely feedback to Talent Acquisition Manager to properly manage contracts and relationships.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in all recruitment activities.

To succeed, you will need

You will have an associate's degree focused in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field; or a High School Diploma & equivalent years experience in a Human Resources role and 1-2 years experience in full-cycle recruiting or a fast-paced administrative enviroment. In addition, you will have:

• Experience working in a corporate environment
• Must be comfortable utilizing digital platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, social media, direct sourcing, various job boards).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and deal with confidential and sensitive information.
• A flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities.
• Ability to listen and communicate carefully and with empathy – emotional intelligence.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
