Job summary

Texas Capital is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and drive end-to-end talent acquisition. You will build robust pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across the interview process.

Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, strong compliance, and data-driven decision making will be essential. The role is based in Dallas with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on long-term

• Continuously improve recruitment workflows for efficiency and scalability.

• Continuously improve recruitment workflows to drive efficiency and scalability while maintaining compliance standards.


• Partner with HR Business Partners to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning strategies.


• Provide regular updates to HR Business Partners and leadership on recruitment metrics, challenges, and opportunities.


• Act as a trusted advisor on market conditions, candidate availability, and emerging talent trends.
