Qualifications

• Broad recruitment experience, including candidate sourcing, in comparable industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify candidates and build talent pools.
• Develop, implement, and improve recruitment processes, systems, and tools.
• Maintain detailed tracking of candidate pipelines and progress.
