Responsibilities include multi-channel sourcing, collaborating with hiring managers, and leveraging vendor resources like Indeed and LinkedIn to meet hiring goals. Strong ATS experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Broad recruitment experience across multiple industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to build partnerships with leaders and stakeholders.
• Proficient with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build candidate pools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to manage recruitment processes and postings.
• Maintain tracking of candidate pipelines and provide market insights.
• Leverage vendor resources (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn) to meet recruiting goals.
