Job summary

Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting across our Canby, Oregon and Milwaukee, Wisconsin locations. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and move hiring forward with a proactive, candidate-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business with 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting.
• Or high school diploma with 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and an applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and set timelines.
• Lead requisition intake and select sourcing strategies.
• Provide labor-market insights and compensation guidance.
• Proactively identify recruiting challenges and resolve barriers.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Own offer process and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and produce regular reports.
• Represent the company at events and recruit across locations.
