Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and other business functions from our Brookfield, WI corporate headquarters. You will partner with hiring managers, optimize recruiting strategies using data and market insights, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while ensuring compliance and timely execution.

Relocation is required; the role is based on-site in Brookfield, WI, with access to robust health, 401(k), education

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on recruiting strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong sourcing skills across active and passive candidate markets.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience using recruiting data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for multiple functions including Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and others.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate talent expectations, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and advance candidates aligned to technical requirements and culture.
• Lead offer development and negotiations with internal equity and market data considered.
• Proactively pipeline talent and adjust strategies to meet changing hiring demands.
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records and recruiting documentation.
• Manage requisition workload with organization and prioritization.
