Edwards Vacuum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, policy compliance, and strong communication across managers, agencies, and candidates.

You will own the offer process, drive internal talent strategies, and contribute to internship and graduate programs, with a focus on building long-term staffing partnerships across locations in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience of full-cycle recruitment within a corporate HR team.
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or equivalent preferred.
• Can leverage social media, proactive outreach, and professional networks to achieve results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong data reporting skills.
• Ability to develop long-term recruitment strategies to support changing business needs.
• Nurture trusting relationships with local management team.
• Strong knowledge and experience of Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluent in English language, written and verbal.
• Experience leading a team of direct reports.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and level-set expectations.
• Source potential candidates through online channels and networks.
• Govern selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews.
• Ensure branding, gender neutrality, and legal compliance in job ads and questions.
• Own offer process for new hires, from approvals to acceptance.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies.
• Foster internships and graduate programs with Learning Development.
• Drive internal talent strategies and succession planning with HR leadership.
• Provide recruitment KPI reporting (Time to Hire, Time to Offer, etc.).
• Support HR teams with training and knowledge sharing.
