This hybrid role requires experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and multiple job boards, plus strong communication and discretion. You will collaborate with hiring managers, attend career fairs, and report recruitment

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or high school diploma with 1–2 years in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience in a corporate environment
• Proficiency with digital platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, social media, direct sourcing, job boards)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage confidential information and multiple deadlines
• Empathy and effective listening skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Source and evaluate candidates to meet staffing objectives
• Post and maintain job ads on internal and external boards, ensure branding and legal compliance
• Interview applicants and assess qualifications against job requirements
• Negotiate offers and initiate onboarding
• Liaise with hiring managers to ensure clear communication throughout the process
• Attend career fairs to build pipeline and strengthen employer brand
• Regularly report recruiting metrics (e.g., Time to Hire)
