Pfeiffer Vacuum seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to ensure high-quality hires. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Virginia Beach, VA, with no relocation assistance offered and US work authorization required.

Targeted compensation ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and manage requisition lifecycles.

Responsabilités

• Handle full-cycle recruitment across assigned roles from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role expectations and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance.
• Build talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.
