Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Recruiter to drive talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring timelines. You will manage sourcing strategies, maintain pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience using ATS and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area.
• 2 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
• Manage requisition progress, monitor pipeline health, and elevate risks proactively.
• Execute targeted sourcing campaigns using ATS, CRM, and job boards to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Facilitate structured interview processes, coach interviewers, and ensure timely, accurate feedback collection.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to provide updates and manage expectations throughout the hiring cycle.
• Lead offer negotiations within established guidelines and coordinate post‑offer activities including background checks and onboarding.
• Ensure data accuracy in ATS and reporting systems to support recruitment metrics and continuous improvement.
