You will design targeted sourcing strategies, refine interview processes, and use data analytics to boost recruitment efficiency and quality. The CSS team handles end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with leaders to build pipelines that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field and 2 year’s experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
• Option 2: 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.

Responsabilités

• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation competitiveness, and hiring timelines using market data and analytics.
• Develop and implement role-specific hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.
• Design targeted sourcing approaches for critical skill sets, leveraging market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Partner with hiring leaders to refine interview frameworks and improve candidate evaluation consistency.
• Create engagement strategies to enhance candidate experience and maintain pipeline interest.
• Negotiate competitive offers balancing internal equity and market benchmarks.
• Use recruiting data to identify process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
