Job summary

Walmart's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with business leaders in developing and executing strategic hiring plans. You will leverage market data, analytics, and CRM/ATS tools to advise on talent availability, compensation, and timelines, while improving candidate engagement and overall experience.

You will design sourcing strategies for critical roles, refine interview frameworks, and drive efficient processes with a focus on speed, scalability, and quality

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree or 4 years HR/talent acquisition experience.
• 1Experience with market data and analytics is preferred.
• 2Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation competitiveness, and time-to-fill trade-offs using market data and pipeline analytics.
• 2Develop and execute role-level hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.
• 3Design targeted sourcing strategies for critical skill sets and build segmented candidate pipelines using CRM automation.
• 4Partner with hiring leaders to refine interview frameworks and improve evaluation consistency.
• 5Monitor candidate experience and engagement, identifying and addressing process gaps.
• 6Negotiate competitive offers balancing compensation components within budget constraints.
• 7Analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• 8Collaborate with Recruiting Operations to enhance tools and workflows for efficiency.
