Job summary

SEPTA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager-Corporate to lead recruitment strategies for the Corporate area and supervise a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. You will collaborate with department leaders to develop actionable short- and long-term hiring goals, ensuring efficient processes and strong candidate experience.

The role requires data-driven leadership, in-depth knowledge of ATS systems like SuccessFactors/iCIMS, and a robust understanding of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; six years of recruitment experience minimum.
• In lieu of degree, 10 years of advanced talent acquisition experience accepted.
• Experience leading teams and driving recruitment strategy.
• Strong data analytics skills and knowledge of employment law.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategies for the Corporate area and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Partner with departments to drive short- and long-term hiring plans.
• Advise managers on recruitment processes, interviewing, and selection practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor agreements, and EE0 requirements.
