Job summary

SEPTA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager-Corporate in Philadelphia to lead recruitment strategies for Corporate, supervise a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, and partner with departments to improve productivity, while ensuring compliance with EEO.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 10 years of progressive TA experience), data-driven leadership, and strong knowledge of modern ATS systems. Competitive benefits and an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with recruiting strategy
• Experience leading teams including Team Lead roles
• Data analytics driven leader using data to inform decisions
• Experience with a variety of recruitment sources: Internet, Social Media, networking, external search firms
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
• Experience with modern ATS systems (SuccessFactors/iCIMS)

Responsibilities

• Oversees development of talent acquisition policies and practices for Corporate area
• Directs development and implementation of sourcing and staffing strategies
• Leads, coaches, and mentors assigned team
• Advises hiring managers on recruitment processes and interview techniques
• Establishes partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to develop recruitment sources
• Ensures recruitment activities align with labor agreements and Authority policies
• Maintains workflows in the applicant tracking system and Improves efficiency
• Represents the Authority at recruiting and community events
