Job summary

Noble People is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition who will own the recruiting function and partner with HR and senior leaders. This hands-on role will manage searches end-to-end, lead workforce planning, and build proactive pipelines in a lean HR environment.

The ideal candidate brings 6-8 years in Talent Acquisition, strong judgment for sourcing and closing, and the ability to translate market insights into practical hiring strategies while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience independently managing complex searches and advising senior leaders.
• Experience in media, advertising, or fast-moving professional services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the media talent market and compensation dynamics.
• Experience with workforce planning, analytics, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own TA performance and evolution, balancing execution with capability building.
• Lead searches from intake through accepted offer, including sourcing and closing.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers on onboarding and handoffs.
• Maintain headcount forecasts and develop proactive hiring strategies.
• Track budgets, vendor fees, and hiring cost projections.
• Develop reusable pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Advise leaders on candidate profiles, market realities, and compensation.
• Maintain pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality of hire metrics.
• Translate market insights into practical leadership guidance.
