The candidate will oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, training, engagement, and retention, while developing standardized HR policies and compliant programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and operations across a multi-site manufacturing organization, partnering with executive leadership on workforce initiatives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, training, engagement and retention.
• Develop and standardize HR policies, programs and processes while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Manage compensation, benefits, HRIS, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
