Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, recruiting, or sales experience (executive search experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and thrives under pressure.
• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or technology industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile client accounts.
• Partner with clients to understand talent needs, hiring priorities, and business objectives.
• Oversee the full search process in collaboration with internal recruiters and research teams.
• Manage client expectations, deliver market insights, and ensure successful placement outcomes.
