You will collaborate with department leaders, leverage various sourcing strategies, and track recruitment metrics using an ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment across multiple locations and functions.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with HR Managers and Hiring Managers on workforce needs.

• Research labor market trends to inform sourcing strategies.
• Improve recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve outcomes.
• Use ATS and generate regular recruitment metrics for leadership.
