Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across science, engineering, and project management roles. You will partner with principals and practice leaders to deliver top talent, shaping workforce plans and onboarding processes for high-impact projects.

In this role, you will drive candidate experience, use recruiting analytics to optimize outcomes, and build diverse pipelines while ensuring compliance and confidentiality across the firm.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven success partnering with senior technical and business leaders.
• Ability to evaluate scientists, engineers, project managers, and other technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of recruiting analytics, market trends, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of fair employment practices and inclusive recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead recruitment efforts for highly specialized technical roles.
• Improve offer acceptance through transparent candidate experience.
• Partner with leaders on interviewing, evaluation, and onboarding.
• Strengthen diverse talent pipelines and monitor progress.
• Reduce time-to-fill using effective sourcing and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliant, confidential, fair hiring practices.
• Collaborate with People Leadership and the practice teams.
