Job summary

Nexa Motion Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for salaried Home Office roles (Finance, HR, IT, and more) and lead Branch Manager/Regional Director searches. The role also guides hourly hiring strategies and acts as a consulting partner to field leaders to staff effectively.

The position is hybrid, with about 50% hands-on recruiting and 50% working on recruiting projects, including integrating AI into processes, modernizing job descriptions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for salaried and hourly roles.
• Experience recruiting multi-site or field leadership roles (e.g., Branch Manager, Regional Director) is a plus.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools; familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried Home Office roles (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT).
• Lead recruiting for Branch Manager and Regional Director positions with field operations leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, and interview processes.
• Source, screen, and manage pipelines; coordinate interviews and drive timely, high-quality hires.
• Oversee offer development/negotiation in partnership with HR Operations and Total Rewards.
