Job summary

NEXPERA is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and contribute to talent development initiatives. You will source top talent for technical, professional, and leadership roles while improving onboarding and workforce planning.

Responsibilities include coordinating pre-employment processes, developing sourcing plans with managers, and building scalable talent pipelines. Hybrid work environment; travel up to 30% for site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and hard-to-fill roles is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of HRIS/ATS (ADP WFN) and Microsoft Office tools.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, executive, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and market-aligned sourcing plans.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and workforce planning.
• Manage candidate experience from intake through offer to ensure a professional process.
• Coordinate and attend career fairs, industry events, and external recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline strength).
• Oversee pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screenings, and physicals.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure a seamless new-hire experience.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and align with leadership on onboarding plans.
• Ensure compliance with hiring and onboarding requirements.
