Job summary

SetPoint Medical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting strategy and execution for high-quality talent across functions. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to align workforce needs with business goals in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build proactive sourcing pipelines, and continually improve processes, metrics, and candidate experience while overseeing vendor relationships and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred; equivalent combo may be considered.
• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience in medical device/healthcare or regulated industry.
• Consultative recruiting partner to managers and senior leaders, with sourcing strategy experience.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and market data to guide hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy and execution to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and employer branding.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: postings, ATS, interviews, offers, and logistics.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines to meet current and future needs.
• Improve recruiting processes, interview practices, and candidate experience with leadership.
• Monitor metrics and vendor relationships to optimize hiring outcomes and costs.
