Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading, managing, or developing recruiting teams.
• Ability to analyze hiring needs, workforce data, and market conditions to develop staffing strategies.
• Experience improving recruiting processes related to ATS platforms, interviewing, onboarding, and metrics.
• Strong leadership with the ability to coach and hold teams accountable for performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with internal leaders, clients, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists while driving accountability toward recruiting goals and KPIs.
• Develop workforce plans and recruiting strategies based on hiring forecasts and business needs.
• Allocate recruiting resources to support hiring priorities across markets.
• Build partnerships with senior leaders, site leaders, and clients to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions.
• Conduct site visits to understand hiring challenges and opportunities to improve retention.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on employer branding, campaigns, and partnerships.
• Develop, improve, and document recruiting processes for consistency and efficiency across TA.
• Monitor recruiting trends and labor market conditions to identify opportunities for talent attraction.
