Job summary

Bohler is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition to build a recruiting organization that can scale with our growth across the United States. You will lead the strategy, operating model, capacity planning and performance of the national TA function, shaping how we attract and hire talent across diverse markets.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own the TA budget, vendor relationships and recruiting technology, and partner with Marketing and business leaders to align hiring

Qualifications

• 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years leading through TA managers.
• A track record of building, developing and scaling recruiting teams.
• Experience in professional services, engineering, architecture, construction or another project-driven environment.
• Experience recruiting technical, licensed or highly specialized professional talent.
• Strong experience with recruiting operations, capacity planning, segmentation and requisition governance.
• Ownership of an ATS and recruiting CRM, ideally including a system implementation or migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, operating model, and capacity planning for national TA.
• Own budget, vendors, and recruiting technology.
• Partner with leaders to align hiring with business priorities.
• Develop talent maps, targeted sourcing campaigns, referral and alumni channels.
