Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources.
• Requires 2-3 years of progressive management experience.
• Experience recruiting at a rapid growth organization.
• Data-driven mentality with strong analytics to improve recruiting.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead short- and long-term talent strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and reports for continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR to onboard and train new hires and manage budgets.
