Job summary

Recruiterboom is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company. You will monitor recruitment procedures from sourcing to hiring, manage a team of recruiters, and identify high-potential candidates.

You will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve business goals by building pipelines, leading sourcing, and maintaining strong external partnerships with colleges, boards, and HR software vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks).
• Hands-on experience with ATSs and HR databases.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Lead all sourcing strategies and oversee candidate experience.
• Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR vendors.
• Implement employer branding activities and oversee recruitment budget.
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and train recruiters.
