Aviva U.S. is building a leading specialty insurance platform and seeks a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to shape our workforce strategy and build the function from the ground up.

You will partner with executives to forecast talent needs, design hiring approaches, and lead high-impact searches across underwriting, actuarial, claims, product, risk, technology, and operations. You will create strong talent pipelines, leverage market intelligence, and elevate employer branding while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders on strategic hiring and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to recruit for highly specialized, leadership, and complex roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and specialized roles across functions.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Build pipelines and relationships with industry networks for long-term hiring.
• Ensure rigorous assessment methodologies for leadership potential and fit.
