Based near Radnor, PA, with regular onsite presence at headquarters, this role partners with ELT, HR, and Finance to forecast workforce needs, manage budgets, and raise selection quality through standardized processes and AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in talent acquisition with multi-region leadership.
• 5+ years leading VP+ searches in retained or internal TA.
• Experience setting TA metrics and using data to improve outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set global TA strategy and operating model across regions.
• Lead TA leaders, coach teams, and build succession plans.
• Partner with ELT, HRBP, and Finance on workforce planning and TA budget.
• Oversee TA operations, analytics, and supplier relationships.
• Drive executive searches for VP+ roles and key senior hires.
