Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across sales and leadership roles. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to identify talent needs, build pipelines, and elevate recruitment processes while coaching other recruiters.

You will own full-cycle searches for director-level and above positions, craft sourcing strategies, and strengthen the employer brand across career channels. This is a multi-location, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting sales and leadership roles.
• Sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Partnering with senior leadership teams.
• Leading, mentoring, or managing recruiters.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools.
• Industrial/packaging/distribution/manufacturing/logistics or B2B sales.
• Executive search experience a plus.
• Multi-location recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for director-level and above positions, sales roles, and leadership.
• Develop search strategies and targeted sourcing plans for passive talent.
• Build robust pipelines of sales and leadership talent; advise hiring leaders.
• Coach recruiters; establish best practices, metrics, and SLAs.
• Develop and implement structured interview processes and evaluation tools.
• Analyze metrics and market trends to improve hiring outcomes.
• Strengthen employer brand and referral strategies; partner with HR on org design.
