RaceTrac is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to leaders across corporate functions including Finance, Tax, Accounting, Supply Chain, IT and Data Science. The role translates workforce needs into hiring plans, using data and market insights to guide decisions and improve quality of hire.

You will partner with Talent Sourcing and the Onboarding team to localize enterprise recruiting and deliver a seamless candidate experience while driving process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience as a consultative talent advisor with business leaders.
• Experience recruiting corporate, professional, or specialized roles.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic talent advisor to functional and business leaders.
• Develop hiring strategies aligned to business demand and workforce plans.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews on hiring metrics and market trends.
• Influence hiring decisions and workforce-planning initiatives to meet long-term needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional roles.
• Collaborate with Sourcing to convert pipelines into hires and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Drive recruiting process improvements and data-driven decision making.
