ThyssenKrupp Materials NA, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the development and execution of a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy.

You will partner with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to forecast needs, map talent, and build scalable pipelines for leadership, technical, and hard-to-fill roles. This role emphasizes employer branding, recruitment marketing, and the continuous optimization of recruiting tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in talent acquisition or related HR functions; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TA strategy aligned with growth and workforce needs.
• Partner with leaders and HR to identify current and future talent requirements.
• Lead employer branding, talent pipelines, and executive search when needed.
• Optimize ATS/CRM and recruiting technologies to improve efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and create dashboards for time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
• Build relationships with universities, professional associations, and recruiting partners.
