Job summary

Signature Aviation is hiring a Talent Acquisition Principal Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across Corporate and Operational roles. You will partner with department leaders to define staffing objectives, design targeted plans, and build strong talent pipelines while managing candidate interviews and offers.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, ensure compliance, and mentor the recruiting team to deliver best-in-class outcomes across a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent and 4+ years in HR including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring candidates in high-volume environments.
• Three years of HR experience with sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring in fast-paced settings.
• Five years of customer service experience and familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent communication with hiring managers to update on staffing status and delays.
• Identify candidate requirements with managers and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract candidates with needed knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Build relationships to maintain an active talent pool for future openings and needs.
• Guide candidates through applications, assessments, background checks and screenings.
• Conduct first-round interviews to assess knowledge, skills, and fit with manager expectations.
• Collaborate with Compensation to identify competitive offers for hires.
• Maintain accurate ATS data for all candidates and roles.
