Vantor is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to shape and execute a global TA strategy from Westminster, CO. You’ll partner with the ELT and HR leadership to drive workforce planning, market insights, and a data-driven hiring approach.

You’ll lead executive searches, develop a high-performing TA team, and elevate recruiting operations, branding, and candidate experience while ensuring compliance across key regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Partner with executive teams to align talent with business priorities.
• Experience recruiting for specialized/technical talent and cleared roles.
• Strong use of workforce analytics to guide hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Personally lead executive and strategic searches from sourcing to offer.
• Serve as primary contact for third-party agencies and ELT alignment.
• Own TA operations, integrating tech, workflows, and new-hire processes.
• Drive employer branding, talent marketing, and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, AAP, and related regulations.
