ST Engineering is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition Leader in the United States to shape strategy, mentor recruiters, and manage external staffing partners. You will guide end-to-end recruiting from sourcing through onboarding and collaborate with executive leadership to meet critical workforce needs.

The role requires 7+ years in TA with 3+ years in a leadership capacity, experience in manufacturing aerospace or unions, and strong data-driven decision skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in manufacturing Aerospace or union environments preferred.
Proven track record of designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
Oversee recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Lead and mentor recruiters and coordinate with external staffing partners.
Partner with senior leaders to forecast staffing needs.
Monitor metrics and drive data-driven recruitment decisions.
Ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.
