Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience, lead engineer or aircraft completions preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team of engineers and deliver designs on time and to requirements.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering leadership in guiding the Electrical Engineering team to meet specifications and requirements.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with engineers; participate in resource planning and staff development.
• Assign daily work, manage budget adherence, and ensure timely, high-quality design data releases.
