Job summary

ST Engineering North America is seeking a resilient Talent Acquisition leader with OEM recruiting experience to shape our recruitment strategy for aerospace programs. You will lead a small team of recruiters, partner with senior leaders, and drive a Shared Services transition while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Successful experience considered).
• 7+ years in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Experience recruiting in a union environment or manufacturing aerospace industry preferred.
• Proven track record designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligning with goals.
• Knowledge of recruiting tech including ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of social media recruiting.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment.
• Lead and mentor recruiters, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for key positions.
• Oversee contingent labor with indirect sourcing for screening and interviewing.
• Build a strong talent pipeline via internships and apprenticeship programs.
