Job summary

ST Engineering North America is seeking a talent acquisition leader in Baltimore to drive recruitment strategy and oversee a team of recruiters and partners. You will shape processes, lead a Shared Services transition, and ensure strong candidate experiences across a major aerospace unit.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, develop workforce plans, and monitor metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; experience can substitute.
• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience recruiting in a union environment or manufacturing Aerospace desirable.
• Proven track record designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
• Knowledge of recruiting tech and social media platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Lead and mentor recruiters and manage external staffing partners.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand staffing needs and create plans.
• Oversee contingent labor processes and screening of candidates.
• Build talent pipelines through internships, apprenticeships, and education partnerships.
• Leverage recruiting technology and track KPIs to drive improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure positive candidate experience.
