Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and partner with leaders.
• Experience managing recruiting teams or direct reports is preferred.
• Strong coaching, development, and performance management skills.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, freight, or trucking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Serve as a primary ambassador for company culture, values, and employer brand.
• Represent the company at career fairs, events, and networking opportunities.
• Create a welcoming candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align recruiting strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract candidates across functions and leadership roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Coach and develop recruiting team members; establish priorities and goals.
• Track recruiting metrics and use insights to improve results.
• Ensure practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
• Promote a consistent, brand-aligned approach across the recruiting team.
