Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. is seeking a collaborative Talent Acquisition Lead, Enterprise Programs to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team in Houston.

This senior role blends full-cycle recruiting with enterprise talent initiatives, strategic pipeline development, and cross-company partnerships. The ideal candidate will manage searches across corporate, professional, technical, and operational roles, partner with business leaders, and build robust talent pipelines to meet Quanta’s future

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum eight years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple roles and business units.
• Experience building talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates.
• Experience supporting recruiting events and campus programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, and operations roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates with a professional experience.
• Build talent communities for recurring workforce needs and pipelines.
• Advise on interviewing practices and candidate considerations.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and coordinate opportunities across the organization.
• Help connect candidates with opportunities across Quanta and its operating companies.
• Plan and participate in universities, technical schools, and industry recruiting events.
