Job summary

Built Technologies, Inc. in Nashville seeks a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead a TA team, own hiring delivery, and build AI-enabled tools that scale a lean team. You’ll manage two Senior TA Partners, drive process improvements, and maintain vendor relationships across Greenhouse, BrightHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

You’ll shape TA operations, ensure compliant hiring across multiple states, and deliver fast, high-quality recruitment for senior and strategic roles.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years full-cycle recruiting experience with 1-3 years of direct people management in TA.
• Experience across a variety of role types and seniority levels in a SaaS or fintech environment.
• Proven people manager: develops talent, coaches on craft, delivers clear feedback, and retains strong performers.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools in a professional context; builds on top of these tools.
• Data-driven TA operations; comfortable with TA metrics and data-driven improvements.
• Experience managing TA vendor relationships, tool evaluation, contract negotiation, and renewals.
• Experience with Greenhouse or comparable ATS; familiarity with BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, background checks, and multi-state employment law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the TA team: coach, set expectations, provide growth paths.
• Own recruiting delivery quality across team: pipeline health, interview-to-offer ratios, time-to-fill.
• Foster a high-performance culture with speed, iteration, and accountability.
• Maintain a direct recruiting desk for senior and hard-to-fill roles; model best practices.
• Oversee TA operations and vendor management: tools, contracts, SLAs, budgets.
• Own candidate experience from first touch to Day 1; ensure brand consistency and speed.
