You will manage full-cycle recruiting and collaborate with leaders to deliver a positive candidate experience in a fast-growing, high-tech manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting and HR or talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume or technical recruitment, and excellent communication skills in bilingual settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.
• High-volume recruiting or technical recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for engineering, IT, operations, and manufacturing positions.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract technical candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct screening interviews, and evaluate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across Nashville facilities.
• Maintain proactive communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand staffing needs and strategic priorities.
• Support hiring operations, compliance, and recruitment metrics.
