Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition specialist to recruit highly specialized engineering talent, including aerospace roles and security-clearance positions, across Blue Origin's Space Vehicles division. This on-site, full-time role emphasizes strategic sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and candidate assessment to support our mission of safe, reusable spaceflight systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience; 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in engineering, manufacturing, or IT.
• Strong professional communication skills and ability to influence leaders.
• Experience generating leads using multiple platforms and sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies
• Develop prospects into candidates.
• Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview
• Collaborate, coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders by leading scoping discussions and candidate debriefs
• Prepare search reports and participate in updates on active searches
• Dive deep into technical requisitions and business unit requirements
