Vantor is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to shape and execute our global TA strategy during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the CHRO, this executive will elevate talent acquisition into a strategic, data-driven function that attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent across technical and operational roles.

The role combines hands-on executive recruiting with building a high-performing team, optimizing TA operations, analytics, employer branding, and vendor partnerships.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience.
• Executive partnership with the executive leadership team and credibility to influence senior leaders.
• Specialized hiring across technical, engineering, cleared, and other hard-to-find skill sets.
• Data-driven mindset using workforce insights and market intelligence to shape hiring strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own Employer Branding and Talent Marketing initiatives and partnerships.
• Lead TA Operations, integrating recruiting tech, workflows, and new-hire processes.
• Personally lead executive and strategic searches and coordinate with third-party agencies.
