Job summary

Safelite Group, a leading auto glass company, is seeking a Manager Talent Acquisition in Columbus, OH. You will lead a team supporting field, contact center, or supply chain recruiting to ensure adequate staffing levels.

You will drive team performance, analyze KPIs, partner with leaders, and optimize the recruitment process while collaborating with the COE on strategy and budget. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
• 4–6 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Leadership experience preferred; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates supporting field, contact center or supply chain recruiting and selection activities.
• Drive team performance through leadership of KPIs and talent acquisition competencies.
• Analyze KPIs and data to assess team performance and develop strategies.
• Partner with business leaders to source and assess talent and influence hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with COE to determine advertising strategy and budget recommendations.
• Drive adoption of recruitment tools and optimize processes.
• Lead projects to support team initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Complies with policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
