Job summary

Cottage Health is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a strategic talent advisor to organizational leaders, guiding workforce strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will lead complex searches, develop proactive pipelines, and mentor TA team members to elevate recruiting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Associates Degree or combination of education and experience, two years of experience equals one year of college.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum: Working knowledge of recruitment laws; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ATS experience.
• Preferred: Oracle Recruiting Cloud Platform; sourcing tools and methodology.
• Minimum: Five (5) years of progressively responsible full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Preferred: Seven (7) or more years of strategic talent acquisition experience in healthcare or complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on recruiting strategy, labor market trends, compensation considerations, and hiring best practices.
• Lead complex and difficult-to-fill searches through innovative sourcing and proactive talent pipeline development.
• Mentor and coach Talent Acquisition team members to strengthen recruiting capabilities.
• Influence hiring strategies as a trusted business partner and support executive leaders in talent objectives.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience and drive recruitment-related initiatives.
