Job summary

HCSC is seeking a senior talent acquisition leader to deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support across the organization. You will act as the main point of contact for internal clients, work with senior management to plan and execute the hiring strategy, and provide oversight for a team of recruiters.

The role emphasizes networking, candidate pipeline development, and filling roles from Director to front-line staff, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience or 8 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a position requiring demonstrated leadership ability.
• Project management work experience on a corporate level.
• Negotiation skills including vendor agreement experience.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support for HCSC's talent needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal clients.
• Work with senior management to plan and execute the hiring strategy.
• Provide management oversight and direction for a team of recruiters.
• Support networking, sourcing, and building candidate pipelines.
• Recruit for positions ranging from Director to front-line staff.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, quality of hire, and consulting.
• Travel, including overnight stays.
