Job summary

Integrity, LLC is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to source and screen candidates for healthcare roles in Dallas. You will build candidate pools through job boards and social media, educate applicants about our company culture, and drive the interview process from screening to offers.

You will maintain relationships with hiring teams, keep up with industry trends, and ensure accurate recruitment metrics while collaborating closely with the Recruiting Team to fill open positions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a recruiter.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong candidate sourcing background.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified and interested candidates through job sites and social media sourcing.
• Identify and pre-screen qualified candidates.
• Create interest and educate potential applicants about our company and its culture.
• Interview, assess, and evaluate candidates objectively and consistently, and select talented candidates.
• Assist in development of job search outlets (Indeed, LinkedIn) as well as daily maintenance of those venues.
• Assist with and function as a team member for all recruiting functions.
• Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors.
• Perform duties as assigned and provide support to the Recruiting Team.
• Maintain reporting metrics of all recruitment and retention activity, open positions and other data as requested.
