Qualifications

3+ years in talent acquisition coordination or executive recruiting.
Experience supporting executive-level recruiting and a high-touch candidate experience.
Proven ability to manage complex scheduling, logistics, and priorities with discretion.
Strong communication and executive presence with ability to interact with leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite interview experience, including arrivals, tours, scheduling, and room prep.
Coordinate executive and senior leadership searches with a white-glove approach.
Manage complex scheduling for executives, candidates, and stakeholders.
Coordinate candidate travel, lodging, and interview itineraries.
Support onboarding activities and offer generation as needed.
