Vizient in Irving, TX seeks a full lifecycle recruiter to source, attract, recruit and select high-quality candidates across multiple disciplines. You will partner with hiring managers to build targeted recruitment strategies and manage a high-volume pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or staffing environments.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities.
• Proven track record in developing and utilizing creative sourcing strategies.
• Proficient using behavioral based interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge of affirmative action requirements preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage a high volume of openings using diverse sourcing channels.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screens for level of interest, qualifications and compensation requirements.
• Proactively source passive candidates using tools and AI.
• Understand affirmative action plans and coach hiring managers on recruitment and selection processes while ensuring compliance.
• Utilise Workday Recruit (ATS) as the primary resource to identify potential candidates.
• Drive and manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive experience for both internal and external candidates.
